Get Into Healthcare with The Princes Trust

There is an amazing opportunity coming up for young people aged 16-30, who are not in training, education or employment.

Our free 2 week Get into Healthcare programme in partnership with South Essex College is available to young people living in or around the Colchester, Clacton, Harwich areas. This programme involves 1 weeks training at South Essex College in Clacton and 1 week work placement in a relevant care setting.

This excellent opportunity is a chance for young people to:

  • Gain qualifications and work experience which will help them progress into further training or employment.
  • Elements covered include; Customer Service Skills, Employment into Healthcare and Allergen Awareness
  • 1 week work experience in a suitable care placement

Prince’s Trust mentoring support available up to six months after the programme. All travel expenses reimbursed and benefits paid as normal during the 2 weeks.
