FREE – self-employment training with The Prince’s Trust

Do you know a young person who is interested in running their own business?   Or a young person who has a business idea but is not sure if and where to start?   The Prince’s Trust offer FREE workshops to help young people age 18 – 30 learn about setting up their own business and explore whether it is the right option for them.

Explore Enterprise A FREE three day package covering what you need to know to set up your own business – from legal to finance to marketing – plus developing your business plan.  We provide two year’s free business mentoring support. Opportunity to apply for a start-up loan to get their business off the ground.

Our next course:  Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th September, Essex County Cricket Ground, Chelmsford

We can also offer this training at other locations across Essex – subject to a minimum group size of 5 – 7 yp.

We can also offer short workshops at your organisation.  Delivered in an engaging way by knowledgeable and friendly staff and volunteers, our short workshops will help your young people learn more about self-employment and consider it as one of their future options.   We can generally adapt our sessions to suit different timetables and audience sizes.

Insight into Enterprise A one hour insight into being your own boss – what you need to know and your next step

Interactive Enterprise A two/three hour interactive exploration of self-employment – small teams will design and present their own business plan
