We are an independent charitable organisation with 20 years of experience, helping people of all ages and from all walks of life to get back into work or to move on. Every day we’re listening to the experiences of others who are looking for work, so we really know what’s happening and what employers are looking for when they are recruiting new staff. We offer a relaxed and welcoming environment where it’s up to you how long you stay.

Starting with an individually tailored CV, reflecting not only your experience but skills and personality traits, you will begin to feel more confident in your own abilities. Application forms and covering letters that will help to put you on the top of the employer’s pile will follow and we can even help to ease those interview nerves.

To help you access new job opportunities you are welcome to use free internet access and, for those who are not familiar with this form of job searching, friendly advice is always on hand.

Signpost also offers courses/programmes in Lifeguarding, Practical Skills, Advice & Advocacy. Course units can be tailored to the learner’s individual preferences to enhance their progression opportunities.
