Essex Youth Service

Targeted Youth Advisers deliver a comprehensive package of support for young people not in employment education or training (NEET). The support focuses on the individual needs of young people, with the ultimate aim of getting them ready for work, education or training. Each young person has an experienced Targeted Youth Adviser throughout who is there to support, guide and mentor them.  This Support is available to young people who are 16-17yrs, who have a maximum of one GCSE A-C or who are being currently supported by the Youth Offending Service or Leaving and After Care.
