Free 2 Day Course – Start Your Own Business
The Prince’s Trust is offering a FREE 2 day course in Colchester for 18 to 30 year olds who would like to explore the idea of self-employment/starting a business. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Research their business idea
- Learn what is involved in starting and running a business
- Explore ways to promote their business
- Understand the legal requirements
- Meet with other like-minded people
A workbook and supporting material will be provided. Following the course participants can access:
- Help with market research and writing a business plan
- The opportunity to apply for funding
- Free mentoring support for 2 years
- Level 1 Enterprise qualification
